Taco Bell - Hagerstown

Worthless incompetent staff. You will stand at the counter for eternity and nobody will acknowledge you until you turn around and walk out. While the busted girls at the drive thru with their fake nails and fake foot long eyelashes Chat on theircellphones.

Every time I try to go to this restaurant after 9:59pm they are closed. They should be open to at least 1am on a Friday night, but no. This is terrible way to run a business, and the owner should be ashamed of a store being run this poorly.

That's the worse taco bell I was. I have tried to give it several chances, and every time we go the workers are rude and eating is never right. I suggest new workers, manager, something. I'm not gonna eat here again. tonight was my last stray?

Taco is a real hit or miss. Sometimes the customer service is good and other times it's lack luster. Then other times I've had good customer service but bad food. So I guess it really depends on who's working. I wouldn't recommend going here if you're really looking for something good during your lunch break, but just something quick to eat is ok.

I was given my Mexican pizza vertical instead of horizontal and when I went in to get a new one, Valerie helped me out immediately! She’s so sweet!
