Tim Hortons - HAGERSVILLE

The female staff appeared preoccupied with chatting amongst themselves and their attitude towards customers was disappointing. No one informed me when my sandwich was ready, and I ended up standing there for 10 minutes before I noticed it myself, only to find it drowning in mayonnaise.

The service at this Tim Hortons location was fantastic, even though it was busy. The windows could use some cleaning, but overall it was a great experience. The employees were fast and efficient, and the Bagel Belt sandwich was delicious. I give this location 5 stars for the fast and good service. In terms of parking, there are about 20 spots available.

If you are the owner of this restaurant, I suggest being more proactive. Please stop accepting mobile orders if your staff rarely fulfills them. It is frustrating to order in advance and still have to wait in line upon arrival. Many customers, including myself, have complained about this issue but it seems like nothing has been done to address it. It is important for you to take action and ensure that orders are handled efficiently.

Service is very slow! If you wanna do restaurant food ,OPEN A RESTAURANT! It's a coffee shop! Don't recommend this Tims!
