Very good butchery with choice and friendly staff who knows how to listen and advise us accordingly. Veal control for a blanquette, all guests highlighted the good quality of the meat. The same applies to goose rillettes and dough and duck foams. I'm glad I found a good craftsman in the corners that get rarer, I'll be back.

When I heard Marx's butcher on France Info reminded me of a butcher shop in Metz, Avenue de Plantières. I was a child, he was about fifty years old and I was sent to buy charcuterie for the 'Klatch coffee' on Saturday. I rushed to Hagondange with my wife and... everything was as good as my childhood memories! That's the same family I was told! Since we came from Metz to go and we find it better than the great names of Metz while being less expensive. It's very nice to see a small business, a craftsman whose premises are always crowded (it's a sign) and it's a wonderful nose foot to the junk ! Do not ask what is done at home, we will make you look great because everything is done at home!
