The KABISERA. 'Kabisera means Capital from the Spanish cabicera meaning 'Capital City '.Our dining space is merged by a lounge using solid wood furniture with design from the olden days. They have the traditional low lying dining tables with floor pillows as buffer seats the way we used to do it during the days of old. By happy chance,it didn 't take a long while for our orders to be served.I find the Bulalo too fatty otherwise, the rest of our orders notably the Krispy Sisig were worth the palate.
My family went here last Aug 6 to celebrate my Mom 's birthday. The place is so peaceful and relaxing. We specially like the Kabisera rice, Sizzling tofu and their Pinakbet is going to be your bet .
We had a date here last year. Food was really awesome especially Kabiserang Manok. The only thing they need to add is an A/C because it is really hot when we had our lunch here, or if they can't put an aircon maybe should add insect traps. Too many flies and ants all over the place.
We've been here for so many times already and we've tried almost everything in their menu. Our favorites are kabiserang manok and kabiserang kanin, so perfect together! There are times na hindi available ang nasa menu nila so they told us na we call them in advance before we visit so that ma-prepare nila. Sobrang bait ng mga staff and approachable. Maybe that's one reason kaya kami bumabalik. They have a beautiful place and a peaceful ambience plus they will serve you foods with their vintage collection of kitchenwares.
Simple preparations of food here in Kabisera Restaurant, but taste good.ambience is okay.nearby to our place.
