La Boite a Pizza - Haguenau

We had booked for 9pm for 2 people on the fork. booking confirmed by sms. we arrive at around 8:55, we are greeted by an extremely unpleasant waitress. We don't even have time to finish announcing that we come from the fork that she cuts our word and tells us that the restaurant is complete. We therefore insist that we have properly reserved by the application and that this resa has been confirmed by sms. She tells us that they don't take reservations by the fork and they "said them." I answer him that it is not written on the application and that in this case it would be enough to refuse the reservation so that I receive a sms of non-reservation. short but unpleasant exchanges. never seen such a uncomfortable waitress and such a deplorable service. Don't go!

Very good restaurant in which we are offered either to install ourselves in the room or to take direct order to take away. We had the free choice of the place we wanted to sit on. Decent, dynamic service, a hearty but very good meal.But a small detail has encrypted us, the restaurant floor was not very clean. we were the first to arrive and this detail very quickly remarked.

Travelling to haguenau, with friends and alone, we ordered 3 times to the pizza box. the first two times, perfect service. Last order to take away, one Saturday at the beginning of the evening, not too many people in the restaurant and waiting was long. The waitress was overwhelmed. I was able to order pretty quickly (I was alone at the counter) and then I was told 10 minutes for a medium pizza and a small one. Perfect!but small.. big flat, about 10 minutes later, I see ready pizza. Are they ours? The waitress goes in front, again and again, all to give me 10 minutes later. or 20 minutes. and the waitress not friendly with all the customers. Either way, it's just a bad management of waitress' stress, but it's a bad experience for the client. Thankfully, it wasn't my first visit, otherwise I would have avoided ordering on several occasions.Ps: I don't know if it's me who has problems with my hands, but I tried to follow the precuts of my pizza and she went wrong. =(

This is the second time we go, and we will go back there!!!Pizzas and lasagnes excellent, very copyy, very pleasant staff.Nothing to say again!

I especially recommend the pizza box, the pizzas are excellent and varied. You have to taste them!
