L'atelier Pizza Pasta - Haguenau

First time we came in March welcome and impeccable service by a staff member. A truly friendly person who seems to love his work. But when we came today there was another person no sympathy, bad reception, too familiar language. Very bad service. In spite of an obvious lack of experience, you have to recover. We work in restoration if we love customer contact and there clearly it is not. A lot of waiting between pizza and staff doesn’t come so we can order. Pizzas despite all good but first pizza served, the new cannibal is served without peppers while there were in the basic recipe. A large bottle of perished Fanta from January 2022. No more Nutella for calzone it starts a little to do a lot. Not sure we'll be back. Not a lot of customers and if we treat them badly!

A faithful customer, pizzas are rather nice (except 3 cheeses and its gruyère dose....and that with eggs that are archic cooked), but disappointment by seeing this day, merguez cut and frozen in the freezer of ice (accessible to the sight of all), and that more is halalal... We are far from the homemade fact announced, it's a shame, and on the side of the halal, as a consumer I would have liked to be warned with a display on the menu... Transparency for consumers is not for now, damage....

Nice setting, I ordered a pizza 15 days ago when I came for the first time.Very pleasant surprise by the quality of the products. Also nice concept because we see in the kitchen the manufacture of our dishes. The framework is modern, and the facility respects the hygiene measures imposed by VIDOC. Yesterday I took very good and generous carbonara penne. In addition the friendly and dynamic team. I recommend this restaurant

Pizza to take on Halloween, pizza was excellent, convenient rates. A very friendly place if you want to eat! They even thought to decorate for Halloween and offer candy! I recommend Pizza Pasta perfectly.
