I was seeking a great place to eat I give this place a 2 only because the serice was excellet. After reading the reviews I was convinced this was the place to eat dinner. I am retired been to Vietnam 4 times and eaten all over this wonderful country. I love Hai Duong. Friendly people . I do not understand why the high ratings. The good. It is very clean, the service was excellent. The bad, overpriced and overrated. I have never been more disappointed in a restaurant in Vietnam or America. I could not finish my meal so I left. Walked down the street and found a great place. Save your money and go here. The owners are very nice.
