This was one of the worst deliveries I've had. Soggy salad, burnt and dry burger bun, stale chicken batter, the cheese sauce is almost like they've melted a thousand American cheese slices. The chips were so dry and everything was far from fresh. No number, can't complain to anyone. Unbelievably high prices for the lacking quality. Don't waste your money. Meal type: Dinner

Food soggy and late. We don't live that close but took 1 hour 40 minutes. The food is shut in cardboard boxes so arrived hot but had been steaming the whole way so both chips were completely soggy and chewy and the burger top bun was okay as the top of the box had air holes but again a tight box so the bottom of the burger was soggy mush like holding a wet paper towel. The expensive milkshake was just slightly cold flavoured water. I appreciate we are not close but if somewhere does deliveries a 15/20 minute drive they should ensure they can deliver adequate food to that location. I would prefer them to not deliver to our area in Uckfield and I would have gone somewhere else.
