Contribuisci feedbackI don't understand how they take your order, prepare everything and then tell you just cash, I don't have a system ? loss for the establishment because you have to throw everything in the trash without need
We stopped in around 2:15 and found the restaurant clean and appealing.The two women who were working were both friendly and engaging.The topping trays were full of fresh and appetizing meats, cheeses and vegetables. Our sandwiches were quickly prepared and were delicious.As a plus, I found the restrooms neat, clean and fully stocked with supplies.This is one of the nicest Subways I have been to in a long time. Hats off to the owner and especially the staff of this unit.
I was welcomed very nicely by Kim. She kindly and patiently helped me with my order because I wasn’t sure what I wanted. My sandwich was served quick a hot. Great service and the store was very clean!
I had 2 online orders. The first order charged me bank went thru to the store. The second order charged my bank but the order never made it to the store. I told them I had a second order, I was told it hasn't came thru yet. So I waited a few minutes, I showed them MY TRANSACTIONS how it charged my bank. They refused me my food said my order never showed up in the store, that it's still pending in my bank account. CLEARLY MY BANK ACCOUNT SHOWS I WAS CHARGED. So they charged me for a sub didn't give it to me. I talked to the Manager also. He said the same thing. A few months before, there was a Manager named Debby, she was stealing $100's of dollars from this store. They knew about it. The manager just let it happen. So I guess he just seems to think stealing from his customers will make up for it. PATHETIC.
Unfortunately, after multiple attempts at ordering from this restaurant we received the same “quality” of service as 2 other experiences.Incorrect food, rude employees/management.We will not be patronizing this establishment location again.
