And this is a very small Canadian town with few choices. Food expenses are high in Canada yet this restaurant gave very ample portions. Might have considered 5 star for this area were it not for the very poor public relations. The woman taking order and serving had a real attitude problem. She hardly lifted her head from her iPad. We caught the family mid day around 3:00 and they were seated at a big round table eating lunch and chatting loudly in Chinese. The only smile we got was from the chef dad? . If they didn't want business until after their lunch hour they certainly could have closed for the hour. No one else came or went while we were there except one man picking up take out.
Good breakfast with the locals. Enjoy the food and conversation service: Dine in Meal Type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmospheric: 5.
Sweet to Sour Pork does not contain rice. The pig was overcooked and mostly fat and gristle. The sauce had no taste. The dish was overpriced and only the pig and the sauce was included. The Steak Special was just gristly Steak with Fritten. Very good service. Service: Dine in Meal Type: Lunch Price per person: CA$20–30

Very bland chicken chow mine. essentially had no taste. Adding soy sauce made it edible. Egg rolls and fresh spring rolls (which were fried) were also similar. I'm just feeling a little bad, which makes me nervous. Pretty disappointing. Food: 2 Service: 4 atmosphere: 3
