Operation including telephone table order was very friendly and attentive, the card is not overloaded, and the quality of the food is fantastic! The Ochsenbacken are a culinary experience, as is the winter cod! The Celerieconsommé was also a poem! The prices are absolutely correct with this quality, only 50 km further in Magdeburg you would pay a lot more for these meals. We will definitely return to one of the events that we offer, the arrival from the resin is worth it! We would wish if the ambience in the restaurant would perhaps be somewhat more suited to the environment (Schloss and Park), decoration on the walls in the form of paintings, or photos would certainly be an eye-catcher. Perhaps the coats of arms or flag replicas of the former inhabitants? Go on, we look forward to the next time! P. from resin
We have long followed the development of the castle restaurant. Many have already tried here, but the team that is now pampering the guests is the absolutely best ever. Constantly changing events, diners, buffets are just fantastic. Sensitive and super-netted staff make every visit an experience. We are always happy to be a guest despite some time of arrival.
We stayed for the first time in the Schlossrestaurant as part of a theatre performance and had been happy to get to the menu due to the many positive reviews. Unfortunately we were disappointed: There was no need for spices and taste in all gears, the late lice in the main course were very dry and totally hard and the announced Vanille Dessert really tasted nothing (almost all have left it after a probier tap. At our table, guests who had already eaten several times were very disappointed and surprised that this time the food was so poor. We have also addressed this several times and expected that at the ticket prices (90 euros for theatre and menu, at least one baggage would be served as compensation, but unfortunately not happened. For example, my accompaniment ordered a Ramazzotti, which you could not have calculated. The service was friendly and fast and has responded courtesy to our clues, but that no response to our dissatisfaction came from the management level, we found very bad. We agreed that we could not recommend the restaurant and the dinner event there. There are two points for the service and the setup/atmosphere.
As part of my family research trip on the traces of my great-great-grandfather Johann Gottlob Nathusius, I also stayed overnight at Hundisburg to eat there too. A very good decision, as I was allowed to see. The regional and seasonal map barely made a wish open (except that the Sauerbraten was already out). The appetizer from field salad, nuts and warm goat cheese tasted particularly well. The service was fast and extremely courteous, the house wine excellent....I will definitely come back when I come back to the area
Positively surprising in many matters. Unpretentious furnishings, a not too complicated, changing map, greeting from the kitchen, tasteful and freshly cooked, motivated staff. Important details, such as pepper, show that food is taken seriously. Unfortunately, as always, far too few vegan approaches.
