Subzero Ice Cream Shop - Half Way Tree

The customer service is terrible!!! I go to this place every Friday with my best friend to buy icecream. This time I went the icecream tasted rancid (spoiled) and they refused to change the flavour or provide a refund, saying its managements policy. Take my advice, go to Devon House.

Worst customer service I've ever had at the Branch in New Kingston Tonight 1.27.2018 due to my 6 year old child having a hard time to pick an icecream flavor I was advised to hurry up and stop waste their time. I've never felt so humiliated ever. Something needs to be done.

Worst Customer Service and less than average tasting ice cream with the inability to use it and make a proper milkshake.

The Subzero in New Kingston has horrible service. The employees are not welcoming and have stank attitudes. That is why the shop is always empty

I loved the egg dish I ordered, the ambiance was impressive, and the customer service was exceptional.
