Been here many times, nothing has earned a review good or bad at all, like today. I don't mind waiting in line for several minutes, especially when I know staff is limited and its the holidays. However, when your staff makes eye contact with me several times, seeing me waiting patiently at the same cash used for the last man in line, then walks right past me and hops on the register that wasn't in use when you 1st lined up and serves people behind you. Rude. My wallet was out of my purse, there was clearly no one else waiting on me.So I walked out without ordering. Probably won't make a difference in the bottom line, but it made me feel invisible as a customer. Just so you are aware.
Quick and reasonable place for coffee and desserts, if you have kids they will love it here!
I don't know how many times thus place get wrong order complaints, but I think alot. This morning went thru drivethru, ordered 2 Simply Bacon sandwiches on english muffin. The order was entered correctly on the drivethru menu board. Went to heat them for my lunch.....got sausage, not bacon. Where is their quality control, review process. This isn't the first screwuo I have had. And when you contact them....falls on deaf ears. Probably worst Tim's I have been to.
Service was terrible. Our order had multiple mistakes on non moded items, half of it was missing and we were overcharged. I was argued with at counter when I pointed out the errors and the cashier read off the numbers and prices of items to me that did in fact not add up to the correct total then shooed me away to serve other customers. I'm not a frequent Tim Hortons user and this visit did not fail to exceed our low expectations for the brand.
