Something Fishy Food Truck

This restaurant is amazing. The scallops here are massive and cooked to perfection, not rubbery at all. The light batter provides just the right amount of crunch. They are easily the best fried scallops I have ever tasted. The family that runs the restaurant is incredibly friendly, making the experience even better. I constantly return for the scallops, but my coworkers tried the clams and couldn't stop talking about them. You must give them a try. And just to note, the portion sizes are generous - the scallops are almost as big as my palm each.
