Contribuisci feedbackOrdered delivery of beer on the Saturday of Hurricane Lee, since the website stated same day delivery. Figured I could avoid having to walk over to a vendor, and thought it great they would still deliver during the hurricane, and planned to tip well when they arrived (I always tip cash on delivery). Placed order first thing in the morning and waited. And waited. My dream of having storm beers was to be denied however, as no delivery was forthcoming. I get it if they can't deliver during a mild hurricane, but they should state that deliveries will de delayed or not occurring; I would have made alternate plans. Deceptive business practice IMHOUpdate: they finally reached out and said my delivery could be expected by Wednesday, since the roads were too dangerous after the hurricane. They offered a refund, but didn't process the whole refund at once, as they forgot to refund the upsell I also purchased. Not sure what is going on over there, but I'd recommend staying away from delivery all together.
Service is always great. Very friendly staff. We had some espresso martinis, and some vodka sodas. Really love that their beer is gluten friendly. Patio space outside is great in the summer time.
We went to get drinks to-go during the open hours. We thought it was open for the public, but there was a set-up for a queer prom event going on. we got stopped by two staff members telling us to wait outside because queer prom wasn’t starting yet. We said weren’t there for queer prom, but it looked like it would be a fun time! It was a bit awkward having to keep explaining that we just wanted drinks to go. I think next time there is an event going on, we will just go else where to stay out of the way. The drinks we got were nice.
This place is great. Good variety of solid beers and a wonderfully quirky-fun atmosphere. Definitely worth checking out.
First time here visiting from Moncton and it definitely lived up to the hype! Nice tots!
