Tako Loko Mexican - Halifax

Decided to try the 10 Tacos, asked for a variety, and 2 drinks special. The atmosphere and customer service were wonderful. Server was quick to give us drinks and take our order. Food did not take long to arrive. Tacos were fresh, delicious, and authentic. Well seasoned and each kind full of flavour! To go I ordered guacamole and fresh chips. Chips were fresh, crispy, and nice flavour. Guacamole was fresh and yummy. Would absolutely eat here again!

First time in this very nice restaurant. The food was delicious, we (2 adults) ordered the guacamole and chips and 5 different kind of tacos dessert. Everything was great and the girl who helped us was very nice. Parking spots available on the street.

Food was good….Guac and Chips was good…Guac was a lil sour but was good…quesadilla was fresh and burrito was good too…. Mexican Rice was soooo bad not at all Mexican Server was not good…No Smile on face at all no greetings….we felt it a bit weird

Great little spot! Best tacos in the city, by far. Don't waste your money elsewhere.

If you go in thinking the food will be like Taco Bell, you are going to be sorely disappointed. This is NOT American food. That stuff is fake Mexican food dressed up with tonnes of cheese. Tako Loko is authentic, the real deal stuff. It doesn’t weigh your belly down and make you feel bloated after. This is really good, honest food. My wife and I are making this a regular go to place, nothing compares to it for quality, taste and atmosphere. It’s a nice and quiet small corner restaurant. So far the veggie tacos and the shrimp tacos are my two favourite so far.
