Tempo Food Drink - Halifax

The food was delicious, but we weren't able to finish it because we were heading to a concert and had to leave early. Our server was excellent—very pleasant and efficient—but it was obvious that he was overwhelmed due to a lack of staff. I would definitely return, but I believe it's crucial for the restaurant to have more employees on busy nights, especially Fridays when there are events at the SB Centre and Neptune show.

The server was cheerful and personable, and the food was excellent, though it took 45 minutes to arrive. Considering how busy the restaurant was, I actually enjoyed the extra time to chat with my lovely wife while we sipped our drinks, so it didn't detract from our evening at all. The server even checked on us and apologized for the delay, offering us some popcorn to snack on. The selection of gluten-free dishes was quite impressive, and the server was well-informed about which options would be suitable for someone with celiac disease. I highly recommend dining here.

We absolutely love Tempo and visit often! While we have our go-to dishes, tonight we decided to try their New Year's Eve special. The mushroom soup was delightful, the bacon-wrapped tenderloin was perfectly cooked and incredibly tasty, and the cheesecake for dessert was fantastic as well. I highly recommend Tempo! The food is delicious, and the staff truly make you feel at home.

I had the duo taco fish and chicken delicious. The staff was friendly and the restaurant had a great vibe. I would go there again.

We waited 45 minutes plus to be served. This is unacceptable. I have been to Tempo many times before and one of the things I have always liked about it is the quick service. After our 45 minute wait the food was poor quality and not up to the usual Tempo standard. All 3 of us were disappointed with our meals.
