Contribuisci feedbackI’ve been a customer of The Healthy Bug since they were at their old location on Joseph Howe Drive. Lou, the owner, has always been so kind and helpful for me and my family. He always goes the “extra mile” to help us out. He seems to be very knowledgeable and told me that he was in the industry for 28 years. You can tell that he has a strong passion for this industry.He has given us free products when we couldn’t afford it and has even delivered products to our home.Lou has also on several occasions given us advice and information on products. He has suggested remedies when my kids were sick. He takes time to listen to you when you’re struggling with life and its challenges.All of the staff at The Healthy Bug seem to really care about their customers. I’ve never been a store that takes the time to know their customers and their needs.We now live outside of the city, but still come to The Healthy Bug for advice and products. I also like the fact that The Healthy Bug offers an excellent return policy of 90 days. They told me that if I buy something that I don’t like or if it doesn’t work for me, that I can return it within 90 days for a full refund. It applies for everything in the store, even a bag of potato chips! I don’t think any other health food store in the area does this. I was really impressed by their return policy. They also told me that they price match any of the stores in the local area.We highly recommend this store for your health food needs.

Very good customer service, and very good after sales service
If you give bad service your competitors will love you….And that’s what exactly happened.I walked into the Unhealthy Bug at around 12:10 and was the only one in the store. No one even greeted me. As I walked around, the staff happily chatting amongst themselves, three more people walked in and they were all greeted and helped. I however still wandering about on my own, not even being watched by the way. I wonder what your theft rate is. I did notice one thing, all the customers in the store were female.Well, as I walked around a bit more, and again being the only one in the store after all the female customers were helped and left, the ladies who were working went to the back of the store and started chatting by themselves.I just left as I watched the owner Lou Liberatore carrying on with personal conversations with his staff. It was kinda ironic that Lou watched me walk out of the store. Your staff reflect the management.Guess what a customer is…?…A customer is a person who pays for all your vacations even if it’s to Miami, your hobbies, and golf games and gives you the opportunity to better yourself. my suggestion, go take customer service courses.The picture posted is of an empty front counter while everyone was in the back talking about a vacation to Florida.Last but not least. Your store came highly recommended for health food. As I hate shopping online I like to give local business a chance and I now see why Amazon is killing businesses like yours. I’m happy I didn’t contribute to your salary, vacations or hobbies.
