Tin Pan Alley Food Truck - Halifax

Finally the wait is over. A permanent, convenient location for gourmet fries. This is the only reason I enjoy going to work now. I plan to try everything on the menu.The steak and frites is a classic though. It will be my go to favourite unless I find something I enjoy more.

My wife and I had the Steak Frites and they were very, very good. The chimmi sauce gave great added flavour and nothing else was needed. The order was not overly large but enough to share. Will try other menu items when given the chance.

I was in Halifax for a conference, and was happy to find this truck outside on Argyle after a disappointing lunch served on the first day of the conference. I had the Korean inspired fries, served with pork belly, mango, Asian slaw, etc. The fries themselves were awesome, but the whole dish!! I'm drooling just thinking about it. Best $10 I spent on my trip.

Tin Pan Alley, a newcomer to the food truck scene in Halifax in 2013, is mainly stationed in Bedford and may not be the most convenient option for those without a car.

I have dined at this food truck several times since it opened, and I am a big fan. I highly recommend it to all my friends and family.
