Mcdonald's - Hallandale Beach

We was 20 minutes straight the old lady at the window moving slow holding up the process and right now i’m currently waiting at the window and nobody here and they said they didn’t have sweet tea but the car in front of me has sweet tea

Terrible service from both the people who serve and the person in charge of taking out the deliveries! That adult mayot lady with white hair should be removed! At that age and with that bad character you don't have good customer service! And another lady with long red hair doesn't talk to him either and it seems like she's in the clouds! If I could I would give it 0 stars! Hire better people with a quality of care appropriate for the work done in those establishments!!!!

If I could give it zero stars I would....service is atrocious!!! No one there could work the till and so as I wanted to pay cash I couldn't be served. Girl on the counter wasn't interested and rude and said go to the self service kiosk which I had and to pay.cash at the counter. Worst mcdonalds I've ever been in. Every one of them needs to be re-educated in customer service

For an occasion quick meal once in a while this works.

They don't sell coffee at 12 at night...I will never stop by again...and I don't recommend it to others!
