Contribuisci feedbackMy experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing from start to finish. Despite the place being mostly empty, the service was slow, and the food was mediocre. Our server was making an effort, but the overall atmosphere of the restaurant felt lacking. Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant visit at all.
The service was terrible. We waited over two hours for our food and drinks, and it was just a simple Monday night.
I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but our experience was so exceptional that I felt compelled to share it. We made a reservation using the OpenTable link on their website, which was very straightforward. We arrived half an hour early, and they were able to seat us right away. Our server was not only prompt but genuinely enthusiastic about our culinary choices. Our drinks arrived quickly and were exactly as we ordered. They did a great job assisting us in deciding on our meals, which were absolutely top-notch. Our only regret is living 1,000 miles away, as we wish we could enjoy this level of service and high-quality dining experience more often.
It's a true hotel restaurant. Nothing special about the food it was bland. The service was slow because they were under staffed.
