Room facilities. restaurants amazing. cheap, but equally Icelandic travel. had buffet in the run. not missed! well done!

Rooms are very small. The tv in the room had a size of a tablet and had only 1 channel. Lots of things for breakfast but quality is not very good. Pastries for instance are quite stale. Some of the staff is very nice but others are rude. Room was not cleaned at all on one of the days.

The hotel is quite spacious and located in a remote area, offering a variety of room types, some featuring stylish Scandinavian design. The breakfast and dinner served at the restaurant are excellent. The whirlpool is on the smaller side, but it is best enjoyed during dinner time.

The hotel is just okay, not more than that. It's more like a 2.5 star rating due to the lack of trained, friendly staff. The rooms are extremely small and there are no elevators or ramps to access them. It's best not to bring large, heavy suitcases as there is no assistance available for transport.

Be cautious when using Google Maps to find this restaurant, as they may not locate it correctly due to its location on a non-existent road. Look out for the nearby fuel station, where you will see a sign directing you to the restaurant. This establishment offers one of the best breakfast buffets on the island, featuring a variety of items beyond the usual offerings. The staff is friendly and accommodating. With our room booking, we were able to enjoy an hour in their private spa room, which was a relaxing experience after a day of hiking in the picturesque surroundings. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and boasted a beautiful view of the lake. I highly recommend this restaurant.
