Schlotzsky's - Haltom City

The cashier was clueless when it came to giving change and didn't even recognize a nickel. I'm completely serious. I had to tell her which coins to give me! Her English was very limited, and I honestly don't understand how she got this job in the first place. It seems like it might be an attempt to promote fairness and equal opportunities, but it really feels like some individuals simply aren't qualified for the position.

I had a good sandwich during my first visit to the restaurant. While I expected a bit more meat for the price, it was still quite tasty.

I really enjoy the Original and the Fiesta Chicken, but I have to say that the French Dip just doesn’t taste right unless it’s on a pretzel bun. Today, we ordered an Original without tomatoes and olives. We repeated this request three times and even had them confirm the order back to us. However, when we got home, I found my Original had nothing on it except for tomatoes and olives. I’m typically a fan of Schlotzsky’s, but this was by far my worst experience there.

The staff and food here is amazing everytime. Highly recommend this location.

The food was pretty good. I had the broccoli and cheese soup and avocado turkey sandwich. Service was quick in the drive thru.
