Aladdin Pizza - Halton

I ordered takeout from Aminos through Just Eat. I requested a kebab with chips and a drink, as well as a veggie pizza with pineapple. Unfortunately, the food arrived almost an hour late with no explanation for the delay. The kebab did not come with chips or a drink, and the pizza had minimal toppings, including scarce peppers, a random bit of sweetcorn and mushrooms, and hardly any pineapple. When I called to address these issues, the manager mentioned they were very busy and offered a vague discount for my next order. I have no intention of returning to this place for food, as I would prefer to contract Ebola than eat here again.

The service at this restaurant is extremely poor. I had to call 26 times to inquire about my order. Twice they claimed they were on their way with it, but it took 2 hours for it to finally arrive. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The level of carelessness and incompetence is beyond belief. It was a terrible experience that is difficult to put into words.

I waited over 1 hour and 50 minutes for my food delivery. Nothing in my order was correct, but fortunately the driver hadn't left yet so I was able to get a refund. After a long day of work and with a hungry child, I was very disappointed. I suggest going somewhere else to eat. I wouldn't have minded the late delivery if the food had been correct.

If I could rate a 0 I would! I have tried these a few times now, thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt as first time was disgusting. So next few times I thought no it’s really disgusting. Food so greasy, like I know it’s going to be a bit but not to the point my dogs wouldn’t even eat it! Not only greasy food but the wait time I waited on the last few times was shocking! When you ring up to see how long food will be, the customer service is shocking! Never ever will I order from this place again, it should be shut down !!
