Contribuisci feedbackHad to take my cups back 3 times because they were so dirty, the staff were really lovely apart from the one on the till.. she had no manners at all. We were given one napkin between three of us and the cutlery was so dirty .will not be returning
I meet friends in here regularly and have never met a grumpy member of staff or been concerned with the food. If raw food was being served they would be shut down by Health Safety, if people are concerned about not having a Barista style coffee then there is a Costa close by where they should go instead. They do accommodate for vegans and have a good selection of non dairy alternatives. Please be kind, we have all had a tough couple of years, the masks were always an option, people seem to forget, it was never a MUST in M S, thank goodness they used discretion and no Spikes were attributed to this cafe!
Called in for a coffee . Asked for oat milk cappuccino. Carole making drinks tried to palm me off with a poor excuse for warm coffee no froth. I politely said I wanted cappuccino and she growled at me saying she wasn’t a barrister . Yes her words . She then went and got someone else to make the drink drink warm not even hot and told me the oat milk won’t go hot they need training . No apology from either just very rude staff m/s are employing . I would if given a minus star but no option to do so . Please sort your rude staff out .
I stopped in for a quick coffee while shopping. All of the staff were wearing masks, but none of them were wearing them correctly. One staff member had her mask flapping, with one side wrapped around her ear. Another staff member wore hers as a chin accessory, and another had hers under her nose. The only staff member wearing it correctly was a young man who took over later on. All of the other staff members were older ladies who should have known better. The scone I ordered was rock hard and crumbled when I tried to butter it. The most upsetting part was the attitude of one staff member who was very rude and made me feel like she was doing me a favor by serving me. She had no customer service skills at all. I suffer from anxiety and it was hard for me to even go and order a drink, but this person made me feel worse than I have in a long time. I don't know what I did to be treated so rudely. The staff definitely need more training. I understand that the cafe can get busy and it can be a stressful job, but that's no excuse for poor behavior. I won't be going back there.
This café has significantly declined in quality. It used to be a nice spot to grab a coffee while shopping, but I will no longer be going there. It's freezing inside and you wait forever to be served while the staff are disorganized. The coffee is inconsistent and the staff need training in both coffee making and customer service. Overall, it was not a good experience. It's a pity that there is no leadership or direction at this establishment. As someone who has worked in hospitality for many years, I find this level of service totally unacceptable.
