Neptune Fish - Halton

I was excited for a special night out and decided to treat myself to some fish and chips. What a disappointment! The chips were reheated, the fish was overcooked and too salty, and the peas were ice cold. The service was unfriendly as well. I definitely won't be returning.

We ordered a mixed grill, fried rice, chips, a spam fritter, and two drinks at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the only thing we could consume was the drinks. The food had a terrible taste that lingered. When I bit into the spam fritter, I got a mouthful of gristle and bursting fat. The mixed grill included a cold sausage, a piece of very fatty bacon, and an overcooked and smelly steak. The rice had the same awful taste, and we had to throw the whole meal in the bin. It made us feel very sick, so we would recommend avoiding this place.

Horrible food that was cold and tasteless, the order was also incorrect. The delivery driver was rude. I will never return to this restaurant again. The mixed kebab was mostly bread and not varied at all. A complete waste of money.

Popped in for a last minute takeaway meal. Service was excellent and items cooked to order. Excellent value and really enjoyed
