The service at this restaurant is absolutely terrible. We placed an order and had to constantly follow up on it. It still hadn't arrived an hour later. When we called to inquire, we were told that the order hadn't even been prepared yet, and to ignore the app. It took over 2 hours for our food to arrive, even though the restaurant is only 9 minutes away. Absolutely disgusting service.

We have used Silver Crown for several years now. Its a quick and easy order system as they know your address from the phone number. Their system also shows your orders so we just dial up and say The usual please 45 minutes later we have a meal deal for 2 delivered for £12.50. 2 x medium pizza, 2 fries 2 drinks. Hassle free and great value. Enjoy.

I placed an order with Silver Crown through Just Eat and confirmed my order, only to experience a significant delay in delivery. The estimated wait time of 90 minutes was extended by an additional 30 minutes without explanation. After contacting the restaurant, I was informed that my food would be ready in 10 minutes, but the status was not updated until much later. When my order finally arrived after over two hours, it was not what I had requested. The XXL donor kebab I had ordered turned out to be a burnt and dry pizza base with minimal meat toppings, lacking fresh tomato and sauce as specified. The manager's rude and unprofessional behavior left me feeling frustrated, especially when my young daughter was upset by his shouting. After attempting to contact the restaurant to address the issue, I received no response. Based on my unpleasant experience and negative reviews, I will not be patronizing Silver Crown again. The lack of quality food and disrespectful management make it an unacceptable dining option.

Ordered food, took 2 and a half hours for it to be delivered. Disconnected their phone as they were obviously annoyed by the fact they had so many disgruntled customers ringing up. Only saving grace was that the food wasn’t half bad, still doesn’t make up for the disgusting service.

Came with my son and he got severe food poisoning in hospital for 3 days never again DONT GO WITH KID
