Rude manager. Messed order 3 times in a row and manager argues with customers

Didn't honor the deal on the window AL who clam Manger on site did know how or willing help witch sill own me my change. Bk crosstown 65

This location has at least one employee that supports racism. I will never go here again, and will be telling others. This location also falsely advertises prices. They'll sit there and argue with the customer even though the screen literally says what the price is. There's no point to this people are going to figure it out.

We came through the drive thru 12/17 right before 9 pm and had great service. The dude at the window was super kind and the food was fresh. We had to wait just a little bit (5min max) and he was apologetic. Best service from a BK we had in a long time.

Why is it so hard to give you hot fries and sauces your supposed to get.... repeatedly
