Mcdonald's - Hamamatsu

A large-scale store located at the intersection, whether drive-through is more used, the counter customer in the store seems to be less priority than drive-through customers. I think I’m doing it to get a mobile order. The inside of the store is usually McDonald's, and the store is relatively new.

ドライブスルーを利用したときに欠品があると家まで届けてくれるけど、店舗によって対応が全然違う。 今日もポテトが入っておらず電話して、30分後に謝罪の言葉と入ってなかったポテトだけ渡された。 他の店舗では、電話代とコーヒーの無料券をくれたところもある。 この時はポテトに塩が振ってなかった。 この店はケチなのか、気が利かないのか…、っていうか、欠品が無くなるようにしてもらいたい。 家まで持ってきて謝って貰っても、買ったものが入ってなかったストレスは解消されません。 待っている時間拘束されてるのと同じだからストレス２倍に…。 早さに捕らわれないで、正確さを優先してもらいたい。
