Ember Smoked Bbq - Hamburg

Pulled pork was over smoked, dry, and hard as a rock. Sandwich only had small 3 pieces of pork, without any BBQ sauce or onions. Bread ratio was about 4x times the amount of pork

The ribs were tender but poorly seasoned as well as the side items.

The shrimp, ribs, and mac and cheese were outstanding! The portion sizes were generous as well.

The salmon and chicken were tasty, but they forgot to include the gravy and BBQ sauce on all the dishes, including the Pulled Pork Spud.

I had the worst brisket sandwich I’ve ever encountered. It came with a tiny chicken breast that was neither crispy nor hot, and it was overcooked. The hush puppies were disappointing as well. Overall, I paid $40 and didn’t even receive any brisket.
