Mighty Taco - Hamburg

Wow. What a lack of organization. I had to sit there and listen to everyone argue about who forgot to cook the food. It feels like they’re just putting in minimal effort. Now I have to wait until I get home to pop it in the microwave.

I waited for 40 minutes for what was supposed to be deliciously crispy dishes. There was only one staff member managing the entire restaurant, which made the situation even more frustrating. I genuinely felt sorry for the people who had to serve me.

I dont know why this particular mighty is always short staffed. Took 40 minutes for two tacos. i could have driven to orchard park in that time or ordered from eddies and picked it up quicker. Im done with this location.

Service is very slow in the dining area.. faster in drive thru. The burritos have definitely gotten smaller. They are quite flatter than rounder. Not really worth stopping for anymore

Overpriced and small portions. Anywhere else is better than here, even taco bell. $12 for a sad looking 5 burrito, prepackaged nacho chips with cheese powder sauce, and a leaky soft drink cup half filled with ice is outrageous. Im pretty certain my burrito had all of one tablespoon of meat inside, that's it. Never again.
