Taco Bell - Hamburg

I ordered a 2-pack of Rolled Chicken Tacos and was pleasantly surprised to receive SIX rolled chicken tacos instead! Incredible! I also ordered one Cinnamon Twists and ended up with THREE! Thank you, Taco Bell, for making my night!

Our Dasher, Walter, was excellent – he picked up our food quickly and was very friendly. Unfortunately, Taco Bell sent us the wrong items. Walter selected the correct bag based on our order information, but since the bag was sealed, he had no way of knowing there was an issue. We had ordered four cheesy bean and rice burritos, two nacho fries, and a Baja Blast, but instead received two hard tacos. I called Taco Bell right away, but they seemed unconcerned about the mistake. I wasn't offered a refund or any compensation for the trouble. They merely suggested I come pick up the correct order if I wanted it. If I had wanted to drive down there myself, I wouldn't have paid extra for DoorDash in the first place. It felt as though I was bothering them by asking for fresh food. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. I ended up paying more only to have to retrieve my food myself, while feeling dismissed by Taco Bell.
