The local crowd mixes with tourists, and all who can manoeuver around the tiny tables are welcome. Much recommended !
It’s hard to find decent baguette and croissants in Hamburg. Not as in that they are nonexistent, but in the way that what is being produced by local bakeries does not resemble what I have in mind when I am looking for either of them. Thankfully, this little café has very good products on offer baguette and viennoiseries are produced in France and then baked in the shop. I like the breakfast selection on offer and it is my little treat every once in a while. It doesn’t come cheap, although prices are not sky high, either. Be sure to reserve a table, especially in summer, when it is packed and local Stammgäste will arrive all morning. There is no better cafe to have breakfast in nearby, so if you find yourself in need of a croissant, this would be my recommendation.
I have rented an AirBnB place near by so I decided to check it out as it is 5min away. This is suppose to be french Paris theme coffee cafe. The croissant is great but avoid the over salty quiche. The service is fine as well
If you walk past the small café. The selection of French specialities is quite large. At the end we had a piece of pastry cake (beautiful straw) and a piece of berry cheese cake. Both delicious and refined baked! For a delicious moment we were in France!
Exquisite great service, very friendly with the petit flair the tres bien goes over. Look at you. Also incredibly delicious) #burnthemcalories
