Filmhauskneipe - Hamburg

I'm a neighbor, so I've been here multiple times once for a large party and again with my parents and I have to say the schnitzel is pretty damn good....

One would be a fool to visit Filmhauskneipe for its food the menu is simple, as is the actual cooking. You get what you pay for, but not a tiny bit more...

I came accross this restaurant by pure coincidence! i was walking around Altona and it looked so inviting, we sat outdoors. they have a small seating...

I used to come here fairly regularly when visiting Hamburg on a regular basis in the past. The food was always very good, the service also. This time I was disappointed: The salmon pasta I ordered was lackluster. Little taste. The pasta overcooked. Too expensive for what it was. The service was mediocre at best.

Truely homemade food is served in thsi cozy place. Be prepared to join your table with others! It is absolutey worth it. Check out the Zeisehallen behind it.
