The service staff is very professional, very customer-oriented and super friendly. the sushi and menu selection is great and of the best quality. very delicate. the only critical point is the time window of two hours for the arrival, location assignment, ordering process and eating itself, if necessary after ordering. we were at 18:15 o'clock to four o'clock in front of place and could not dessert or order more drink because our time had expired. this problem seems to be more common because it was obviously unpleasant for our operation. unfortunately then a negative taste. then we had to move to another drink to the neighboring competition. in this price category, should they be allowed to eat in full, without breaking the feeling! but once again it was eating and the drinks very delicious!
I and my friend are absolute sushi fans. we've never eaten so good sushi. I hope that I will continue to taste normal sushi
We've been going for years at henssler go eating. so far everything was always great. nice, qualified staff and very good sushi. shortly after the last lockdown, the concept was reworked, the focus was no longer put on sushi, but on qualitatiw high-quality, demanding fish dishes. then we were no longer in the go. Yesterday we wanted to try again to go to the go eat. it was more or less a fall. briefly summarized: the concept has been revised again, it is now worth putting on mass, has significantly worsened the quality, but the ambitious prices (which were previously appropriate). the personal has changed to a few exceptions, was less competent, but very friendly and attentive. the first set that fell at the reception was, however, until when we left the table, because then the next reservation is due. that's it! the gas is regulated? I can beg at the end whether I can or may take a dessert to me in time? are happy if I want to leave my money with you! especially since the half of the tables were unoccupied as how went. the feed and drink card now consists of several loose leaves. I hate that. one has no oversight, loses it still constantly and thinks you can miss something because someone has brought two drinks cards instead of the complete menu. the map is also clear. the appetizers came quite fast, the main dishes still while we consumed the appetizer. somewhat unhappy. the sushi, however, was clearly shrunk in contrast to earlier. it looked like a mini edition of sushi. in henssler at home or in the jin gui, which we both visit more often, but it looks quite different. Unfortunately, the quality of the fish has also been greatly reduced. Conclusion: I am disproportionately disappointed and will no longer visit the go.
