The best sausage throughout Germany, I come from Cologne and every time I visit my family in Hamburg, the walk to the Schorsch snack is a must! delicious sausage with a perfect homemade sauce, top service. The staff is always friendly and fast, looking forward to the next time:D PS: Who lives in Hamburg or travels to Hamburg and was not definitely missing something at Schorsch....absolute recommendation on my part

A rustic shop with a long tradition. It's very close to the vase. This is simply pardoned by the friendly service and sausage.
