Le Jardin - Am Volkspark - Hamburg

Since we know Mercure Hotels, we have also chosen the Mercure Hotel Hamburg for our holiday in Hamburg. As we know from other cities, it was also a great experience here at a reasonable price. Rooms are reasonable and clean. The beds are somewhat too soft for my taste, but that differs from person to person. The room service was very friendly and very neat. Daily fresh fluffy towels. Since we never eat there (because we wanted to explore Hamburg) I can't really say much about it.

On a business trip in HH I considered a contribution to this hotel. For me a single room was booked, but the bed in the single room was certainly not smaller than one in the double room. The whole room was huge, bigger than an apartment. In addition to the sleeping area, my room was divided into a kind of living area, with a sofa and a generous TV. A TV magazine was also ready. In addition to sleeping and living area there were also spacious wardrobes and a desk. Working in the evening is also possible in this hotel, there is internet to the room and the connection runs stable at the high reception. The bathroom was sufficiently large and very modern furnishings. I felt very comfortable in my room. Breakfast was very extensive and it didn't miss anything, it was just everything that could stand on a possible breakfast card. Everything was fresh and immediately refilled when something was all. For my departure I read a taxi from the hotel. That was also no problem and everything worked perfectly. At this hotel I want to be happy again at any time.
