The trattoria is beautiful and has a small and good menu. the quality of the dishes was very good and the service friendly. a solid choice if they are looking for a quick break.
We finally made it to Fadda. The ambience for me very appealing. The room is something shared with it, the noise is not so high and you have the choice between normal tables and high tables. No snuck on the table. The service attentive and friendly. The menu differs from other Italian restaurants I know clearly. One more plus. As an appetizer a Sardinian broschetta (the thin Sardinian shepherd bread) with tomatoes and mozzarella warm. The tomatoes around the season were not yet clear of the culinary highlight. All right, but not what I have to repeat. As main food spaghetti Bottarga from the sea bass. The spaghetti beautiful bite and the subtle taste of the fish through the rye. Very delicate and straight cooked. Just delicious. A good wine selection and a perfectly strong espresso.
We've been there several times, the verdict is: Food excellent, atmosphere, very nice, small italian, no fancy nonsense, just Hands on and great Food. Important plus: Very reasonable wines to great Prices.
