Wohnhalle - Hamburg

I and my friends visited various friends in hamburg and decided to meet for some drinks in the lounge. the service was impeccable. everyone was very friendly and helpful. we were greeted as soon as we entered the hotel and the...restaurant and offered to give our moms so they could hang them up for us to not be harassed by them when they sit. we did not have to wait to get the menu, and if the waiters/waitresses could give us clear descriptions of the drinks and recommendations. the drinks were delicious and made even more fun at the beautiful surroundings of the room and the hotel in general. when they are in hamburg, they must make a pitstop from the residential hall.

Very old fashioned and arrogant attitude of the staff. There was a table for two people free when we came but we were told that no place is available and that we have to wait. After 15 minutes we were allowed to take the table,...which was free from the beginning. While the staff pays attention to people they know, they almost completely ignore other guests (e.g., taking care of the coats while others have to bring it to the cloakroom on their own). Overall, very arrogant attitude, which I 've never seen in any other country. I strongly recommend to visit the hotel Atlantic instead; they know how to treat their guests...

Bin sehr enttäuscht. Ich habe für ein Tisch am Fenster gefragt der Tisch als einzige Tisch war frei. Die Empfangsdame hat es gesagt dass es reserviert ist . Nachgefragt "für wieviel Uhr ? "Sie sagte um 15:30 dass es um 16:00 eine Reservierung ist , dann sagte ich in Ordnung ich schaffe es zeitlich. Hab es trotzdem gewünschten Platz nicht bekommen .Inzwischen ist 16:40 nach einer Beschwerde habe Tisch am Fenster bekommen.
