Dunkin' - Hamden

I visited Dunkin' Donuts this morning on Skiff Street at 11:45. I waited at the counter, but no one acknowledged me. I looked at the camera to confirm I was there. I then went to the area where mobile phone orders are picked up, but the man working there was engrossed in a personal conversation with earphones on. After he finished his conversation, he walked away without acknowledging me. The girl at the counter had braided hair and pearls, but she seemed uninterested in serving me. It was a very unpleasant experience and I just wanted my coffee. The staff seemed uninterested in taking customer orders and were not attentive.

I just went after the gym to Dunkin’ donuts on the skiff street and I went to order an icy latte. Remember, I never ordered a latte I always only order coffee, but I saw that they had the new cake battery taste and I was really excited to try it. the woman in passing asked what kind of milk I wanted in my latte, and I said I don't know what comes with a latte and she goes, how will they order one and don't know what kind of milk they want and I left. I didn't even order it was the most rude experience I've ever had. I never left reviews, but I thought it was necessary.

Waited for nearly 20 min just to get my order taken from the drive thru, just to wait again for another 15 minutes to get the wrong food and the cashier acts like it my fault that they gave me the wrong food and I’m missing some of the food that I paid for. These people are terrible. Horrible experience. I would give a negative score if I can.

This drive-thru is the slowest I have ever experienced. They wait to make your drink and food until after you have paid at the window.

Gave this place a couple chances, mostly rude employees who clearly don't want to be there, and the drive thru is GOD AWFULLY SLOW!! I can't understand how they have anyone who comes to this location there's a better one a mile in any direction!!
