Arby's - Hamilton

Food was good. I felt sorry for staff. They did a great job being understaffed..

I have been to this location a few times now and the service is always really great.

The store manager who works in this store is an unfriendly person who has horrible customer service skills, you expect a manager to uphold a certain standard and this was not what i witnessed. i love arby’s and live in this area but i would rather drive to the lime ridge mall location or stoney creek location than ever return to this establishment. i can see now why there is never consistent staff at this location.

Best fries!!!!!! Food is decent. Small and clean with a nice decor. Parking can be a little tight. Overall decent and exactly what you should expect of a fast food restaurant. The brisket sandwich is delicious, uses real cheese and the bun is soft and fresh. No complaints.

Want to give a shout out , to jamie , jada , evan and Julia. Under the craziness on a sunday you guys did amazing great hustle !!thank you for everything jamie !
