Girl working the cashier didn't understand what I said so I had to repeat myself a lot, at least she got the order right. Sweet potato fries weren't my thing and the spicy pickle mama was about what you'd expect. On the other side, the papa was so good and the fries were truly great.Vegetarian options: Plenty

Cold burgers, cold fries and they discontinued the Root Beer float. Will Never Return!!!

I placed an order September 1st around the time 2:20am an literally got food poisoning.I do understand that it was late in the early morning and mistakes do happen.However i tryed to contact restaurant to talk to manager to resolve issue company did not reciprocate anything never would I recommend this location as due to Costomer service or lack of accountability

Ive come to accept that when you go to A&W you will have to wait for food. They say 'can you park and wait for your fresh strips '...yeah yeah yeah ..I know...it 's frustrating..but I get it...for food waste etc..ok...but this day was awful!First...I waiting behind a lady who was ordering 4 burgers ..I could hear her...had to repeat numerous times .. eventually the order was taken and she drove up. My turn. I waited at that speaker for AT LEAST 8 minutes...I watched the lady before me reiterate her order...pay .and then she was parked too.....time for my order ..I dont know why I didn 't drive away at this point...oh ...it 's because I wanted Onion rings badly.My order....I ordered 3 pc chicken strips ....sorry..repeat that?....3 pc chicken strips and an onion ringsI watched the strips appear on the screen....then nothing. ...no communication....no onion rings.... nothingI waited another 30 seconds or so.... 'hello??? 'Yes...what 's your order?OMG....Finally I 'm told to come up...I swear this is easily 12 to 13 mins....and the order taker is casually leaning back against the window...like she doesn 't have a care in the worldI would have forgiven all of this if there were some sort of glitch in the computer or something....but zero acknowledgement....no sorry for the wait .. nothing....She took my payment AND PARKED ME....There was NOBODY behind me...why???Another 4 minute waitAnd...the chicken strips were not what I remembered...and my beloved onion rings tasted like oil ...no flavor....No napkins in the bag...no salt...I won 't go back

Food is alright, nothing to write home about. Nothing wrong with it just tasted like I went to Walmart and picked up some burgers myself, except with any spices. Either way this is a good location to pick up a late night snack, but wasn't really worth the money in my opinion.
