Booster Juice - Hamilton

I'm forever grateful to whoever introduced me to their Very Berry smoothie!! I've been addicted to it for idk how many years now.

My family and I had an extremely uncomfortable experience here on Dec 27 around 11:30am. The woman working was clearly miserable with her job. She was rude from the moment we walked into the store. Throughout the short time we were in the store she was huffing and puffing, slamming around the equipment, she was impatient while we ordered (only four of us yet would bark out the total multiple times before the group completed the order) and slammed our drinks down when they were complete then stormed off to the back without saying a word. I typically have a lot of empathy for individuals working in these types of roles knowing from experience that it is a challenging task however this behaviour was shocking and unwarranted.

The drink did not meet expectations. I will try a different one next time. The staff was well-organized and friendly.

The staff were rude, they didn't have any fruit available, and the fact that their juicer was broken for a couple of days is unacceptable for a Booster Juice. This was the worst experience.

Asian guy who works here was extremely rude and disrespectful. Mad we wanted to modify a drink and also clearly annoyed my wife couldn’t remember the name of a drink, proceeded to mock her once he made it and left it on the counter. You start mocking a man’s wife over something like this just shows the level of disrespect you have for people.
