Contribuisci feedbackOn Tuesday, October 25th from 6:30-9:30 pm, our party of 12 experienced poor service at this restaurant. We had only one server attending to us, who was too inexperienced to handle such a large group. We had to wait 15 minutes just to get a drink and had to remind her multiple times. She brought the wrong drinks to our table, got our food orders completely wrong, and even forgot to place orders for my wife and me. Our food took a long time to come out, with our onion rings being cold by the time they arrived. The manager did not seem to be monitoring the situation with the inexperienced server or the other staff members who were loitering and texting on their phones instead of assisting. When we expressed our dissatisfaction and asked to cancel our order, the manager offered us free onion rings but it was too little too late. We waited an additional 30 minutes for our bills, further adding to our frustration. Overall, the service was terrible and our group will not be returning to this restaurant in the future.
I went to the Centennial Parkway location with a group of 12 friends and the service was awful. We waited 30 minutes to be told they didn't have the wine I ordered, which I only found out because I asked. I then ordered a Corona, only to find out it was the last bottle in stock. After waiting another 35 minutes, our cold Onion rings finally arrived, but our wings were given to another person in our group. The waitress had to take the wings from him while he was eating and bring them to us. I was so frustrated that I asked to cancel my order. The manager, Stephanie, offered to get our meal out quickly, but I declined and insisted on cancelling. Despite her offering free Onion rings, I still requested to cancel. It took another 30 minutes to get the bill. This was the worst service I have ever experienced. I will not return and will warn others about the terrible service.
I got into Hamilton in a major snow storm, found my hotel and ended up eating here since it was across the street and I didn't have to drive too far! Wish I drove to the mall...my caesar salad was great, lots of dressing, croutons and cheese! It was 5pm and there was one other family in here, sure it was a snow storm but I have never been in a Buffalo Wild Wings with no people! It was odd! Staff mostly played on their phones, watched tv and walked around. My boneless chicken came out with barely any sauce, I was shocked I needed to ask for more! My chicken was cold, crunchy and hard, I ate a few piece only. Saddest meal ever. I did not packit to go back to the hotel as I had a hard time eating the dry boneless wings.

First off, I love wings so I will probably be very biasCame here after a long day of sipping wine in the Niagara region.
