Rude service, dirty store and cannot understand what you are saying properly. They clearly have no interest in improving themselves as I don't see any replies from them, or attempts to learn from their mistakes. Spend your money elsewhere.

Will never go back again. My wife waited 15 min.to get into the washroom and when she did it was a staff member in there and she did not flush the toilet or even wash her hands. How disgustingAnd to add to it my wife is disabled and the girl couldn't even hold the door for her.

This particular restaurant is horribly run.I went into the restaurant to order a couple combos, I'm the only one waiting at the front, everyone can see me, I assume the manager saw me, he then barked a few orders at his female workers in his native tongue, looked at me again and then walked away! I waited a few more minutes, NO ONE came to take my order.A suggestion for head office: Go to this store and tell ALL managers and staff that when you see a customer, you greet and ask what they would like.I'll be telling people NOT to go to this Burger King and I won't be giving this store business, there are many other restaurants in this area that deserve my business.To that Manager: You shouldn't be one sir!

Food was right and good, but I ordered an oreo chocolate shake and was given a strawberry shake instead, the recipt even says oreo chocolate shake

What went wrong? Everything. They didnt know my order. Then they forgot my fries. Then they forgot my drinks. Once I got my drink, they gave. E Coke, which I did not want! Terrible experience
