Endzone Bar & Grill - Hamilton

Been to this location as both a couple and large group. Service is hot and cold - some waitress are awesome and others would rather hang with their friends than do their job. Parking is non-existent. Even when we did manage to get a spot, someone blocked us in and it took 45 minutes before we could find the culprit to leave. There is on street parking tho if you don't mind walking. We loved 80% of the food we have ordered. Nachos, wings, fajitas and most of the apps were really good! Fish and chips and steak? Meh. Lots of tvs great for sports fan. Major downfall WAY to LOUD. Even when there isn't a game on. When we went as a group they turned both the game and music at full volume despite the fact no one was there but us!! We asked them if they could turn it down which made no difference. Almost felt like they were trying to get us out. Atmosphere though and the booths are done very nice. Despite some of the issues we still go back.

We were a party of 4 families getting together for a Family Day meal. The waitress did not understand how to organize 4 separate cheques, and did not bring plates or cutlery to our 2 tables (1 for parents, and a booth for the kids). We waited over 40 minutes before asking about our order as no one came to check on our table after drinks were served, although the restaurant was not exceptionally busy. Water and pop were not refilled when asked. No appetizers appeared until we were told that all food would come out together, whenever it was ready. The food took another 45 minutes in total after it began to arrive, and some food never materialized, including 3 orders of wings for the kids, which had to be reordered. Clearly the kitchen staff was as disorganized as the waitress. The vegan pizza arrived WITH cheese, despite 3 reminders of "no cheese" when it was ordered. The waitress tried to convince us that the chopped tomatoes on another pizza were actually hot peppers, and that the chicken sandwich on a roll was actually the chicken flatbread. The 2 fajita salads were missing the beans, roasted peppers, corn AND tortillas - basically just dressed lettuce in limp, soggy taco bowls. We were told twice that there was no ice cream or alternate desserts available for the kid meals. (The waitress later found a still-frozen piece of cheesecake which she offered us.) Although the manager/owner "Grant" eventually took the fajita salads and the 3 eternally delayed chicken wing orders off of the bill, his customer service was unacceptable. After calling him over to share our concerns, he disappeared into the kitchen. He did not come to check on how his unhappy customers were doing, nor did he pitch in to help his overwhelmed waitress. We could see him in other areas of this large restaurant, clearly avoiding our table. An apology would have been a nice gesture. We will not be returning to the Endzone.

We went with the whole family including a one year old and the service was amazing. The food came out quickly and was hot and delicious. Can't find a better deal than 69 cent wings! They have tons of flavours to offer and the wings are a great size.We will definitely be back

This place sucks. The tv's are nice and big but the service is horrendous. It took us 2 hours to order and receive food. And we had reservations. The food was ok. Average. Service sucked. We had the waitress visit 2 times in 2.5 hours. But this wasn't her fault. They only had a few on staff so they were running around like headless chickens. Security is plenty which is nice because the clientele looks like it climbed out of nearby ditches. Some security even wear bullet proof vests. I will never return. Neither will anyone else of our party of 20. Disappointing. They also had a band tonight which was average but way too loud.

This restaurant recently moved toMain St . We have eaten at the old location and service was slow .They are now in a larger place and service is slower. We went in when it wasn't busywe were looking at the pricier menuwhile waiting for our water. 10 minuteslater we left . Also parking is terrible .Won't be returning .
