Matt’s Burger Lab - Hamilton

At first I was at little underwhelmed by the simple menu but once the food arrived it was clear these folks know how to make a burger. Second to that these are quite possibly the best fries I?ve had in Hamilton.

Please stay away from this place! Onion rings fried in old oil and they refried old onion rings. Ordered 3 burgers added wrong toppings on each one and more importantly, didn't even label or number the Burges to know which one is which. Overall this place is just another burger spot that could actually some improvement!

MENU: Incredible selection of burgers, chicken and steak sandwiches.SERVICE: the staff were polite, helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. Wait time for our meal was fairly quick.FOOD QUALITY: the burger meat was excellent. Lean yet juicy. No grizzle. The French fries were fresh, hot and had that fresh cut taste and feel. Quality of the meat was extremely impressive.PRICING: Excellent compared to large fast food chains using much less quality products.WASHROOMS: very clean!OVERALL:This was one of the best, if not the best, burgers I’ve ever had. The freshness, taste, combination, and quality was too notch.The whole family loved their meal! 5+

Pretty good burgers and fair prices. Good size and fresh toppings from a home made tasty burger. This is definitely a must go around here. The home fries were fresh and good. The chocolate milkshake that we ordered was good. They offer delivery as well.
