McDonald's - Hamilton

Consistently served inedible food, I forget the garbage food because how you can get bad Mcdonnalds. This place takes the cake for us old probably expired week old food. Great!

Do not eat here often, but wanted something familiar and reliable, good after waiting for 3 cars to go through the other side I went into the pay window, they took my order, no apology no offer from a discount after I complain (politely may...I add) I ordered 2 big mac meals and a cheeseburger drove home, this is only about 3 minutes drive and my food was cold!!! McDonald Food is cold! Didn't eat, but 2/3 bites and maybe 6 Pommes! Too tired to drive back! Even my dog wouldn't eat the fries and get the meat out of the burger! Become a loooong time when time and again!!

Stop picking up a quick burger as it was late. What I received was surprisingly in poor quality. Cheeseburger looked like it had been squeezed into a roll, then wrapped. The bungalow upstairs was wound 1/2 on the top and around the floor while the whole thing was lined. The Fritten package was literally only a small number maybe 20 in the lower part of the package.

Never go to her drive. You will wait half an hour to get your order and you will get your coffee, frits and burger COLD. It's not worth waiting.

This location has become an employees play house. We were there for over an hour and the garbage was so full you couldn't put your garbage in it if you tried. Several tables had garbage on them and on the floor. Several people from our...party mentioned it to the staff . They explained the condition of the garbage and the state of the tables and floor. The mop sat unused for over two hours. They attempted to empty the garbage but the back area remained untouched. It was not busy and there was a lot of personal talking going on and not much cleaning. The girl that was bagging the food was more interested in her cell phone and answering it between bagging the FOOD, unsanitary to say the least. At one time her hand went to her nose and then back to the bag to put food in it. No gloves!!! The tables and garbage at the back area was still not dealt with by the time we left. Two hours later.... The service here has been slowly going downhill and I have noticed that the clientele has started to deminish also. Too bad , it is a good location...I believe this location is corporate owned . It needs serious attention....
