Mesa Authentic Mexican Cuisine

In contrast to the negative reviews posted recently, I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant for my birthday dinner last Saturday. Our server, Sebastian, was polite and informed us there might be a short wait due to the busy dinner rush, which we understood as the food is made from scratch. Despite the rush, we were seated quickly, served our drinks promptly, received our meals sooner than expected, had attentive water refills, and I even received a free slice of cake for my birthday. Thank you for the excellent food and service. I suggest continuing to improve, even during slower times, as it will keep customers returning. As a former server for 3 years, I understand the challenges but consistency is key.

I went to Mesa on a Friday night during dinner time and it was very busy. We were greeted right away by the most lovely and courteous ladies. Even though they said there would be a 10 to 15 minute wait, we were seated in just about a minute. We ordered a burrito and chimichangas, and our food came out quickly. I tried the red sangria and it was the best I've ever had at Mesa. The service, food, and drinks were outstanding. I am looking forward to returning. My boyfriend has been there multiple times and he rates it five stars.

The food here is incredible! If you are going on a busy night I suggest making a reservation, then you don't have to wait for a table. The margaritas were made in restaurant and so delicious, they make their own tortilla chips and everything, all the food was amazing. I honestly can't think of one bad thing to say. Yes, it takes longer to get served because there are only two servers and it's a busy place, but we weren't even bothered by it! We had great food and great conversation so it didn't upset us at all. I'm going again this weekend!

Food was exceptional. I had high expectations after obsessing over their insta and facebook photos. Hot sauce is actually HOT. Red wine sangria was addictive. Tacos with corn tortillas were AMAZING! Didnt have to wait for a table and service was good. Only complaint was that the heat could have been turned up a bit. Will definitely be back!
