Royal Pizza - Hamilton

I love the food here but the guys who always seem to be working are very rude! No customer service skills what's so ever! This is the third time now that I haven't placed an order with them due to their lack of communication skills....disappointed

Live close by and usually order for take out. Good price, quality and timing. Recommend as a regular pizza, nothing extraordinary, but definitely worth the price. Just ate there once, not that good for that, better delivery or take out.

This pizza is the best extra cheese, pepperoni and garlic on top WOW so good, and v. good prices. haven't interacted with the staff just over the phone, friendly enough for a pizza place, there food makes up for any issues tbh

I ordered a large pizza and 1 lb of wings for delivery on the afternoon of Sept. 17th 2015.The pizza was cold. The wings were terrible. The wings were prepared and cooked from frozen. I know this because when cooked from frozen, the chicken bone is black.I phoned and spoke to who I thought was the owner. I was not looking for a freebie. He offered me nothing.Terrible food and terrible everything.
